Leadership training
the topics I work on with you are social and individual development issues
With the background of biodynamic agriculture, I deal with natural phenomena, with landscape and with plants. When a plant germinates, it enters into a relationship with its environment and at the same time changes this environment. The two are mutually dependent, both powerful and fragile. Developments can be observed that undergo strong transformations. When working together, you will sense that motifs from life processes guide my work.
The topics I work on with you are social and individual development issues. The work is done in pairs, in smaller teams or in groups.

Impressions
Over the years, I have experienced how helpful it is to work with the potential of art, movement and nature in training sessions. It is lively, powerful, often surprising, beneficial and substance-building.

How does your order come about?
Each assignment is unique and is created with your individual concerns and setting. During the consultation, we clarify your concerns, working method, scope and timeframe. We also discuss how the work will be documented, which documents will be provided and how we will communicate during the assignment.
